Walking
If you are starting from the city center (e.g., from the Hot Spring area), head towards the street called Tržiště. Walk along Tržiště until you reach the intersection with the street Zahradní. Turn left onto Zahradní and continue straight until you reach the end of the street. At the end, you will find a path that leads up the hill. Follow the path as it winds upward, taking in the beautiful scenery. The path will eventually lead you to a road; turn left onto the road, and continue walking until you reach the marked entrance to ディアナ展望台 (Diana Observation Tower) at Vrch přátelství 5/1.

From the city center, make your way to the Funicular Railway station located near the Hot Spring area. The funicular will take you directly up to the Diana Observation Tower. Purchase a ticket at the station and board the funicular. The ride is short but offers great views of Karlovy Vary. Once you arrive at the top, follow the signs leading to the observation tower, which is just a short walk away.
