If you are starting from the center of Karlovy Vary, head towards the Mill Colonnade (Mlýnská kolonáda). From there, continue walking along the river until you reach the bridge. Cross the bridge, and then take a left onto the street called Krále Jiřího. Follow this street for approximately 10 minutes, and you will see the Saint Peter and Paul Cathedral on your right at the address Krále Jiřího 2c.

You can take a local bus from the Karlovy Vary bus station. Board bus number 1 or 2 and get off at the stop named 'Tržnice' (Market). From the bus stop, walk straight down the road, passing the market on your left. Continue walking straight for about 5 minutes, and you will arrive at the Saint Peter and Paul Cathedral, which will be on your left at Krále Jiřího 2c.
