Once you arrive at the Trutnov bus or train station, it's about a 15-minute walk to the main square. Head southwest on U Skládky, continue straight, and then take a left onto Náměstí Republiky. Krakonošova kašna is located in the center of the square. If you prefer not to walk, you can take a local taxi from the station which should cost around 100 CZK.
