Travel Guide to Vodopady - Velký rybník

Getting There

• Walking

  Start at the central square of Kutná Hora, known as Husovo náměstí. From the square, head south towards the main road (Masarykova ulice). Continue straight for about 10 minutes until you reach the intersection with Hlavní ulice. Turn left onto Hlavní ulice and walk for another 5-7 minutes. You will see signs indicating the direction towards Miskovice. At this point, begin following the signs for Miskovice, which will lead you onto a quieter road. Continue for approximately 30 minutes on this road, enjoying the surrounding countryside views. Once you reach the village of Miskovice, keep an eye out for the sign for Vodopady - Velký rybník. The entrance will be a short walk down a path leading into the natural area.

• Bicycle

  Rent a bicycle from one of the rental shops in Kutná Hora. Start your ride from the central square (Husovo náměstí) and head south on Masarykova ulice until you reach the intersection with Hlavní ulice. Turn left onto Hlavní ulice and keep pedaling straight for about 5-7 minutes. Look for signs for Miskovice and follow them. The ride will take approximately 25-30 minutes. Be cautious of traffic as you exit the main road, and once in Miskovice, follow the signs that will guide you to Vodopady - Velký rybník. You may need to park your bike and walk the last few meters down the path to the attraction.

• Public Transport

  From Kutná Hora's main train or bus station, take a local bus heading towards Miskovice. Check the local bus timetable for routes that mention Miskovice. The bus ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes. Once you arrive at the bus stop in Miskovice, exit the bus and look for signs directing you to Vodopady - Velký rybník. It will be a short walk from the bus stop, following the path indicated by the signs.
