From Máchovo jezero, take the road leading towards the town of Doksy (approximately 10 km). Continue on the main road until you reach the junction with Route 240. Turn left onto Route 240. Drive for about 30 km, passing through the town of Roudnice nad Labem, until you arrive at Terezín. Look for signs directing you to Bohušovická brána. The destination, Památník Terezín, is located at Bohušovická brána 326, 411 55 Terezín. Free parking is available near the site.

From Máchovo jezero, take a bus to the nearest train station, which is located in the town of Doksy. From Doksy, take a train to Roudnice nad Labem (check the local schedule for train times). Upon arriving at Roudnice nad Labem, transfer to a bus heading to Terezín. The bus will drop you off close to the center of Terezín. From there, it's a short walk to Bohušovická brána 326, where Památník Terezín is located. Be sure to check the schedule for bus and train times in advance, as they may vary.
