If you're traveling by car, start by navigating to the town of Blansko, which is the closest major town to Moravian Karst. From Brno, take the E461 highway towards Blansko. Once in Blansko, follow signs for 'Moravský kras' or 'Moravian Karst'. This will lead you onto the road that takes you directly to the park entrance. There are several parking lots available near the caves and visitor centers, such as the parking area at the Punkva Caves.

Public Transportation (Train & Bus)
For those using public transportation, take a train from Brno to Blansko. The train journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arriving in Blansko, transfer to a local bus (line 201 or 202) that goes directly to the Moravian Karst area, specifically to the Punkva Caves station. The bus ride will take about 15 minutes. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance, as service may be limited on weekends and holidays.

Once you arrive at the Punkva Caves bus stop, you will need to walk approximately 15 minutes to the entrance of the caves. Follow the signs that point towards 'Punkva Caves', which will lead you along a well-marked path through the scenic landscape of the Moravian Karst. Please note that there are entry fees for the caves and attractions within the Moravian Karst. The entrance fee for Punkva Caves is approximately 220 CZK for adults and 110 CZK for children.
