Car

Public Transportation - Train

From any city in Moravia, take a train to Brno main station (Brno hl.n.). Once you arrive at the station, exit and look for tram line 12 or 15. Board the tram heading to the Špilberk Castle stop (Hrad Špilberk). The ride will take approximately 10 minutes. After alighting, it's a short uphill walk to the castle entrance.

Public Transportation - Bus

If you are close to a bus station, take a bus that goes to Brno. Once you reach the Brno bus terminal, switch to tram line 12 or 15 towards the Špilberk Castle stop (Hrad Špilberk). The tram ride takes about 10 minutes, followed by a brief walk to the castle.
