If you are traveling by car, head towards Ostrov u Macochy. From Brno, take the D1 highway and follow signs for Svitavy/Olomouc. After about 40 km, take exit 205 towards Blansko. Continue on E461 until you reach the town of Blansko, then follow the signs to Ostrov u Macochy. Once in the town, navigate to the address 679 14 Ostrov u Macochy. There is parking available near the cave entrance, but be sure to check for any parking fees.

If you prefer public transportation, take a train from Brno to Blansko. Trains run frequently and the journey takes about 40 minutes. From Blansko, you can take a bus (line 201) to Ostrov u Macochy, which takes approximately 15 minutes. Once you arrive in Ostrov u Macochy, follow the signs to Balcarka cave, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Make sure to check the bus schedule in advance as they may not run frequently.
