Public Transport
From the Olomouc city center, head to the main bus station (Autobusové nádraží Olomouc). You can take bus number 21 towards 'Svatý Kopeček'. The journey takes about 20 minutes. Get off at the stop 'Zoo Olomouc'. From there, it’s a short walk to Pavilon Kalahari. Follow the signs in the zoo to reach the pavilion, which is located inside the Olomouc Zoo.

If you're near the Olomouc Holy Trinity Column, walk towards the main square (Hlavní náměstí) and head northeast towards the bus station. The walk should take about 15 minutes. Once at the bus station, follow the public transport guidance above to reach the zoo. Alternatively, if you prefer walking, it’s about a 1.5-hour walk from the city center to the zoo entrance.

You can also take a taxi from anywhere in Olomouc directly to the Olomouc Zoo. Simply tell the driver 'Zoo Olomouc' or 'Pavilon Kalahari'. The ride will take approximately 15-20 minutes depending on traffic.
