If you are starting from the Main Train Station (Hlavní nádraží), walk to the nearby tram stop located just outside the station. Take tram number 1 or 2 towards 'Poruba' or 'Hrabůvka'. After about 5 stops, get off at 'Náměstí Republiky' stop. From here, walk straight towards the Masarykovo náměstí. The Marian Plague Column is located at Masarykovo nám. 15/24, which will be on your left.

Head towards the street leading to the north-west corner of the square. The column is located at Masarykovo nám. 15/24, and you will see it prominently displayed as you approach the address.

If you are starting from the Ostrava ZOO or the Ostrava Exhibition Centre, head to the nearest bus stop. Take bus number 28 towards 'Hranice'. After about 6 stops, get off at 'Náměstí Republiky'.
