Car
If you are driving from the center of Palava, head northeast on the main road (Hlavní). Continue straight for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the junction with the road 1/53. Turn left onto 1/53 and follow the signs toward Vavřinec. After about 5 kilometers, you will see signs for Moravský kras. Follow these signs, and keep an eye out for parking areas near Koňský spád. Parking may incur a fee of around 50 CZK for the day.

To reach Koňský spád by public transport, start at the nearest bus station in Palava. Take bus line 800 from Palava to Vavřinec. The journey will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Vavřinec, exit the bus and walk towards the marked hiking trails that lead to Koňský spád. The trails are well-marked, and it will take you about 20 minutes to reach the observation deck. Please check the local bus schedules for the latest times, as fares typically range from 20 to 30 CZK.

If you prefer to hike to Koňský spád, start from Vavřinec village. From the bus stop, head south on the main road, then turn onto the hiking trail that leads into the Moravský kras area. This is a scenic route that takes about 1 hour (around 3 kilometers) to reach Koňský spád. Ensure you wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as the trail can be steep and rocky in certain areas.
