From Palava, take the D2 highway towards Brno and follow the signs for Prague. Once you approach Prague, take exit 1 for Karlovy Vary/Plzeň and merge onto the D5 highway. Follow the signs for the city center (Centrum) and continue until you reach the area near the Vltava River.
