From Pálava, take the D2 highway towards Brno. Merge onto D1 towards Prague. Continue on D1 for about 200 km. Take exit 18 towards Praha - Chodov. Continue onto the E55. Follow signs for the city center (Centrum). Once in Prague, follow signs for Hradčany. There are multiple parking options near Prague Castle, including the parking garage at the nearby Palace Gardens, but parking can be expensive, typically around CZK 40 per hour.

Public Transportation
From Pálava, take a bus or a train to Brno. At Brno's main train station (Hlavní nádraží), board a train to Prague's main station (Praha hl.n.). Upon arrival in Prague, take the metro line A (green line) from Můstek station towards Nemocnice Motol, and get off at Malostranská station. From there, it's about a 20-minute walk to Prague Castle. Alternatively, you can take tram number 22 from Malostranská to the Pražský hrad stop, which is very close to the castle entrance. Public transportation tickets cost around CZK 32 for a 30-minute ride.
