Absolutely amazing experience! I picked up my tickets at the office, and the place was beautiful and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. They printed all of my tickets, helped me with the ones that were online, and even gave me a map, which was really useful during my visit.
