From Charles Bridge (Karlův most), head southwest toward Malá Strana. Cross the bridge and once you reach the other side, continue straight onto Kampa Island. Walk along the path until you see the Crawling Babies sculpture located at Ostrov Kampa. It will be near the water, and you can easily spot the unique art.

Start at the nearest metro station, 'Malostranská' (Line A). Exit the metro and walk towards the tram stop 'Malostranské náměstí'. Take tram number 12 or 20 and get off at 'Újezd'.
