Public Transport - Tram

If you are near Wenceslas Square, head to the nearest tram stop called 'Václavské náměstí'. Take tram number 22 or 23 in the direction of 'Bílá Hora' or 'Újezd'. Stay on the tram for about 5 stops until you reach 'Palackého náměstí'. Once you get off, the František Palacký Monument will be directly in front of you at Palackého náměstí.

Walking

If you are in the New Town area, you can walk to the monument. Head towards Palackého náměstí, which is located southwest of the city center. Look for signs directing you towards the Vltava River; the monument is situated near the riverbank. As you approach, you will see the impressive statue of František Palacký in the square.

Public Transport - Metro

Take the Metro Line B (the yellow line) to 'Karlovo Náměstí' station. Exit the station and head towards the northwest. Walk approximately 10 minutes towards Palackého náměstí, following signs that lead you to the Vltava River. The monument is located in the square directly ahead.
