Getting there

Walking

If you're starting from the Old Town Square, walk towards the Astronomical Clock. From the clock, head southwest on Staroměstské náměstí towards Karlova Street. Continue straight onto Havelská Street, and The Golden Elephant will be on your right at Havelská 9, just a short 5-minute walk.

Public Transport - Tram

If you are near Wenceslas Square, find the nearest tram stop, Václavské náměstí. Take tram number 9, 22, or 24. Get off at the 'Národní třída' stop. From there, walk north on Národní Street until you reach the intersection with Havelská Street. Turn left on Havelská, and The Golden Elephant will be on your left at number 9. The entire journey should take about 15 minutes.

Public Transport - Metro

If you are near the Mustek Metro Station (Line A or B), take the A line towards Depo Hostivař and get off at Staroměstská station. Exit the station and walk towards the Old Town Square. From the square, proceed to Havelská Street, where The Golden Elephant is located at number 9. The total travel time should be around 10 minutes.

Walking from Charles Bridge

If you are at Charles Bridge, walk east along the riverbank until you reach the Kampa Park. From there, cross the bridge towards the Old Town. Head straight on Karlova Street, and then take a right onto Havelská Street. The Golden Elephant will be on your right at number 9. This walk will take approximately 15 minutes.
