Use the exit towards 'Národní třída' and continue straight until you reach the 'Jungmannovo náměstí'. From there, follow the signs to Old Town (Staré Město). Public Transportation - Train
Take a train from any major station in Silesia to Prague's main train station (Hlavní nádraží). The Staroměstská radnice is only a 5-minute walk from the metro station via Old Town Square.
