Continue on Route 374 and then follow signs for Ostrov u Macochy. The cave is located at 679 14 Ostrov u Macochy, where you can find parking available near the cave entrance. Please note that there may be a small parking fee, typically around 50 CZK.

To reach Balcarka Cave via public transportation, take a train from Brno to Blansko. Trains run frequently, and the journey takes approximately 30 minutes. Upon arrival at Blansko train station, transfer to bus number 201 towards Ostrov u Macochy. The bus ride takes about 20 minutes.
