Getting There
Car
If you're driving, head towards the town of Blansko. From Blansko, take the road 374 towards Vavřinec. Once you reach Vavřinec, follow the signs to the Punkva caves, which is located at 679 13 Vavřinec-Punkevní žleb. There is parking available near the entrance, but be aware there may be a small parking fee.
Public Transportation
To reach the Punkva caves using public transport, start by taking a train from Brno to Blansko. The train journey takes about 30 minutes. Once you arrive at Blansko train station, transfer to bus number 201 or 202 towards Vavřinec. Get off at the 'Punkva caves' stop. The bus ride will take around 20 minutes. Be sure to check the bus schedule in advance as services may vary.
Walking
If you are already in Vavřinec, the Punkva caves are approximately a 20-minute walk from the village center. Follow the signs leading to the caves which will guide you through the scenic trails of the area. Wear comfortable shoes as the path may involve some inclines and uneven terrain.
