Getting There

• Car

  If you're traveling by car, head towards Kutná Hora from your location in West Bohemia. Use the D1 motorway, which is the main route connecting various cities in the region. Once you reach Kutná Hora, follow signs for the city center. Upon entering the city, take the first right onto Barborská Street. St Barbara's Cathedral will be on your left. There are parking options nearby, but note that parking may incur a fee, typically around 50 CZK per hour.

• Public Transportation (Train)

  For those using public transportation, take a train from your nearest station to Kutná Hora. Trains run frequently from major cities like Prague and Pardubice. Once you arrive at Kutná Hora train station, exit the station and catch bus number 1 or 2 towards 'Kutná Hora - Centrum'. The bus will take you to the city center. Get off at the stop 'Kutná Hora, Hlavní nádraží'. From there, it’s a short 10-minute walk to St Barbara's Cathedral. Follow the signs or use a map application on your smartphone. The bus fare is approximately 20 CZK.

Walking directions from the bus station: head straight down the main road until you reach a roundabout, then take the first exit onto Barborská Street.
