Once you reach the beach, walk north along the shoreline until you enter Fenwick Island State Park. The WWII Observation Tower #1 is located on Assawoman Street, approximately a 30-minute walk from the boardwalk.

    If you have a bike, start at the Bethany Beach Town Center. Follow the bike path south along Coastal Highway (DE-1) until you reach the Fenwick Island area.
