From Blackbird State Forest, head south on Blackbird Landing Rd (DE-15) for approximately 5 miles. Turn right onto DE-1 S and continue for about 20 miles. Take the exit toward Lewes/Cape Henlopen State Park. Merge onto Cape Henlopen Drive and follow the signs to Cape Henlopen State Park, located at 15099 Cape Henlopen Dr, Lewes, DE 19958. There is a parking fee of $5 for Delaware vehicles and $10 for out-of-state vehicles.

To reach Cape Henlopen State Park via public transportation, you will first need to take a DART First State bus from Blackbird State Forest to the nearest bus stop. The closest stop is in Smyrna.
