Driving
From the main entrance of Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge, head south on Refuge Road. Continue straight for approximately 3 miles until you reach the intersection with Route 9. Turn left onto Route 9 and drive for about 1 mile. Then, turn right onto Delaware Route 1 North. Follow Route 1 for about 10 miles. Take the exit for Dover, and merge onto US Route 113. After about 2 miles, take the exit toward Dover and continue onto North Dupont Highway. Follow the signs for Goose Point, which is located off the coast near the intersection of Goose Point Road.

Public Transport
There is no direct public transportation to Goose Point from Bombay Hook National Wildlife Refuge. However, you can take a DART First State bus from Smyrna, which is the nearest town with bus service. First, drive or take a taxi to Smyrna (about 10 miles away). Once in Smyrna, take the DART bus Route 401 toward Dover. Disembark at the stop closest to North Dupont Highway. You will need to walk or arrange for local transport to reach Goose Point, which is approximately 3 miles away from the bus stop. DART First State bus tickets cost $2 - $4.
