Monigle Park is located on Read Avenue in Dewey Beach. From Coastal Highway (Route 1), turn west onto Read Avenue. The park will be on your left. It's a short walk from most points in Dewey Beach.
Public Transport
The DART First State bus Route 208 stops near Monigle Park. Check the DART First State website for the most up-to-date schedule and fare information. From the bus stop at Read St & Coastal Hwy, walk west on Read St for approximately 100 yards. The park will be on your left.
Driving
From Coastal Highway (Route 1), turn west onto Read Avenue. Monigle Park will be on your left. Parking is available on the street. During the summer season (May 15th to September 15th), parking is paid and enforced. Metered parking costs $4.00 per hour. Daily permits cost $30.00, weekend permits cost $55.00, and weekly permits cost $100.00. Payment can be made at coin meters, kiosks, or via the Park Mobile App. Free parking is available from September 16th to May 14th and on Mondays from 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM during the summer season (excluding federal holidays).
