    The Nanticoke Indian Museum is located on John J. Williams Highway (Route 24) in Millsboro, Delaware. From the center of Millsboro, head east on DE-24/John J. Williams Hwy. The museum will be on your left. Parking is available next to the building. There is no fee for parking.

    DART First State bus route 201 can be used to reach the vicinity of the museum. From the nearest bus stop in Delaware Seashore State Park, take bus #201 towards Rehoboth Beach and get off at a convenient stop along Route 24 near Millsboro. From there, it may be necessary to walk or take a short taxi ride to the museum. A single fare on DART First State buses is $2.00.
