Driving
From Dover, take DE-8 E/E Loockerman St. Continue to follow DE-8 E. Turn right onto Port Mahon Rd. Follow Port Mahon Rd for approximately 3 miles. Clarks Point is located at 1097-951 Port Mahon Rd. Parking is available along the road and in a parking lot near the boat ramp. Note that Port Mahon Road is subject to storm surge damage and may be temporarily closed after heavy storms. There are no tolls.

From the Dover Transit Center at 400 S Queen St, take the DART First State bus route 104 towards the 'Route 1 Park & Ride'. Inform the driver that you need to get off at the nearest stop to Port Mahon Rd. Walk about 0.5 miles south on Port Mahon Rd until you reach Clarks Point at 1097-951 Port Mahon Rd. A one-way bus fare is approximately $2.00.
