From the main entrance of Killens Pond State Park, head southeast on Killens Pond Rd towards the intersection with Route 13. Turn left onto Route 13 South and continue for approximately 4 miles. Take the exit for DE-1 North towards Dover. Follow DE-1 North for about 7 miles. Take exit 104 towards Route 8/Dover Air Force Base. Merge onto Route 8 and follow signs for Port Mahon Rd. After about 2 miles, turn right onto Port Mahon Rd. Continue for approximately 3 miles until you reach Clarks Point at 1097-951 Port Mahon Rd, Dover, DE 19901.

If you prefer public transportation, you will first need to take a bus from the nearest bus stop to Killens Pond State Park. The DART First State bus service operates in the area. Board the DART bus route 104 or 106 towards Dover. Once you arrive at the Dover Transit Center, transfer to bus route 301 towards the Port Mahon area.
