To reach the First State Heritage Park Welcome Center and Galleries from Killens Pond State Park by car, start by exiting the park onto Killens Pond Road. Turn left onto Route 13 North. Continue on Route 13 for approximately 10 miles, then take the exit toward Dover. Merge onto M.L.K. Jr Blvd N. The welcome center will be on your right at 121 M.L.K. Jr Blvd N, Dover, DE 19901. There is no parking fee at the welcome center.
