    Starting from the Lewes Ferry Terminal, head southeast towards the intersection of Ferry Road and Cape Henlopen Drive. Continue walking along Cape Henlopen Drive for about 0.5 miles until you reach the entrance of Cape Henlopen State Park. Once inside the park, follow the signs towards the lighthouse. The lighthouse is located at the southern end of the park, approximately 1.5 miles from the entrance. You will pass through scenic trails and might encounter some beautiful views of the coastline.

    If you're renting a bike in Lewes, start at the Lewes Canalfront Park. Take the bike path heading east towards the junction with the junction of Gills Neck Road. Turn left on Gills Neck Road and follow it until you reach the entrance of Cape Henlopen State Park. Once you enter the park, continue straight on the bike path that leads to the lighthouse. It’s approximately a 3-mile ride from Canalfront Park to the Lewes Lighthouse.

    From the Lewes Transit Center, take the DART bus Route 204 towards Rehoboth Beach. Get off at the stop near Cape Henlopen State Park. From there, it’s a short walk to the park entrance. Once you enter the park, follow the trails leading to the Lewes Lighthouse, which is roughly a 1.5-mile hike from the entrance.
