    To reach Lums Pond Dog Park, navigate to Lums Pond State Park. From I-95, take Exit 1A (Route 896 South) and follow it for 6.25 miles. Turn left onto Route 71 and then left again into the park. Follow signs for the dog park, which is located off Buck Jersey Road. Parking is available near the dog park. A daily entrance fee is charged from March 1st to November 30th; $4 for DE registered vehicles and $8 for out-of-state vehicles. Parking is free.

    From within Lums Pond State Park, follow the Little Jersey Trail. The off-leash dog park is located approximately 1/4 mile down the trail past the iron gate. The trail is well-marked, and the walk to the dog park offers scenic views of the surrounding woodlands.
