From Wilmington, take DART First State bus route 15 to the intersection of 6th Street and Delaware Street in New Castle. Driving
From I-95, take Route 141 (Basin Road, which becomes Washington Street) east until it dead-ends at 7th Street. Turn left, then right onto South Street. Continue on South Street past 5th Street; the parking lot for Battery Park will be on your right. Parking is free throughout New Castle. Additional parking is available at 27 W. 3rd St near Battery Park.
