Cross the street at the crosswalk and continue along the sidewalk until you reach the bus stop on the right side at 1 E Park Ave. Take the DART First State bus route 204 towards Wilmington. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the New Castle stop. Disembark at The Strand. From the bus stop, walk north on The Strand for a few blocks until you reach 42 The Strand, where Read House & Gardens is located.
