If you're traveling by car, make your way to 30 Market St, New Castle, DE 19720. From Wilmington, take I-95 South and merge onto DE-1 South. Take Exit 156 for DE-273 toward New Castle. Continue on DE-273 and turn left onto US-13 South. Follow US-13 South and turn right onto Market St. The New Castle Visitor Center at The Arsenal will be on your right. There is limited street parking available, and be aware that parking may incur a fee depending on the time of day.
