Cape May Winery's farmland encompasses over 150 acres around Cape May. Currently, they harvest 26 of these acres across 4 vineyards home to 11 grape varietals. The winery produces a wide variety of wines, each reflecting the unique characteristics of the region's terroir. The winery is particularly known for its exceptional white wines, such as the crisp and refreshing Cape May Chardonnay, which offers notes of citrus and green apple. For red wine lovers, the winery's signature blends, like the Cabernet Franc, are rich and robust, showcasing the complexity and depth that the vineyard's soil imparts. In 2003, Bill Hayes sold the winery to the Craig Family. Toby Craig and his daughter Betsy Sole have worked over the years to create a special vibe and atmosphere at the winery.
