    From most hotels or rentals in Wildwood, Wildwood Crest, or North Wildwood, the beach is easily accessible by foot. Use the flower-named streets as a guide to walk east towards the ocean. The boardwalk provides direct access points to the beach.

  • Public Transport

    NJ Transit buses serve the Wildwoods area, with routes connecting to surrounding communities. The Wildwood Bus Terminal is located at 451 Washington Ave. From the terminal, the beach is a short walk east. Trolley services also operate in season, providing convenient transport along the streets closest to the beach. A one-way ride on the tram car along the boardwalk is $5.00.

  • Beach Taxi

    The Beach Taxi travels the length and width of Wildwood Beach. The fare is $5 per ride per adult, and kids under 5 ride free with a parent. Call 609-846-2012 for pickup.

  • Driving

    If driving, several parking options are available. Street parking is mostly free, but metered parking exists along Pacific Avenue. Beach parking is available at Baker Avenue for 4WD vehicles only, costing $20 daily, or $30 on event days. Several parking lots also offer daily rates between $10 and $20. The ParkMobile app can be used to pay for parking at designated locations.
