    If you're traveling by car within The Brandywine Valley, head towards Wilmington, DE. From the center of Wilmington, take I-95 South and then take exit 7A for DE-202 North toward Concord Pike. Continue on DE-202 North for about 4 miles, then take a left onto Montchanin Road. Follow Montchanin Road and you will arrive at Brandywine Scenic Byway, which runs through the area. Look for scenic pull-offs to enjoy views of the valley.

    Public Transportation

    To reach Brandywine Scenic Byway using public transportation, take the DART First State bus #10 from downtown Wilmington. Ride it to the stop at DE-202 & Montchanin Road. From there, you will need to walk about half a mile to reach the scenic byway, where you can enjoy various viewpoints. Note that the bus fare is approximately $2.00.
