Car
If you are traveling by car from the center of The Brandywine Valley, start by heading southeast on Route 202 (Concord Pike). Continue for about 7 miles until you reach the intersection with I-95. Merge onto I-95 North towards Wilmington. After approximately 5 miles, take exit 7 for US-13 South towards New Castle. Continue on US-13 South for about 2 miles. Then, take the exit toward DE-9 South. Follow DE-9 South for about 3 miles until you reach Lighthouse Road. Turn left onto Lighthouse Road, and the Marcus Hook Range Rear Light will be on your right at 313 Lighthouse Rd, Wilmington, DE 19809.
Public Transportation
To reach the Marcus Hook Range Rear Light using public transportation, first take a DART First State bus from your location in The Brandywine Valley to the Wilmington Transit Center. Once at the Wilmington Transit Center, transfer to bus route 13, which heads towards New Castle. Get off at the stop near the intersection of DE-9 and Lighthouse Road. From there, you will need to walk approximately 0.5 miles south along Lighthouse Road to reach the light at 313 Lighthouse Rd, Wilmington, DE 19809.
