Rittenhouse Park is located at 228 W Chestnut Hill Rd, Newark, DE. From the intersection of West Chestnut Hill Road and Route 896, head west on West Chestnut Hill Road for approximately a quarter of a mile. The park entrance will be on the left. There is no cost to enter the park.
Public Transport
The DART First State bus system provides access to the vicinity of Rittenhouse Park. From the Route 4 & Route 896 Park & Ride Bus Loop, which is serviced by DART routes 016, 033, 046 and 302 , head west on Chestnut Hill Road. Walk along West Chestnut Hill Road for approximately a quarter of a mile to reach the park entrance on the left. A single ride on DART is $2.00.
