If you're in downtown Wilmington, you can take the DART First State bus #15 towards New Castle. Board the bus at the nearest bus stop, likely near 9th and Market Street. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes, and get off at the stop closest to E 3rd St and S. Canal St in New Castle. From there, walk east on E 3rd St for about 5 minutes until you reach the Dutch House Museum, located at 32 E 3rd St.

If you are already in the vicinity of the riverfront area in Wilmington, you can enjoy a scenic walk. Head east towards the Christiana River, then follow the riverfront path north until you reach the pedestrian bridge. Cross the bridge, and continue straight until you reach the intersection of E 3rd St and S. Canal St. Turn left onto E 3rd St and walk for about 10 minutes to find the Dutch House Museum at 32 E 3rd St.
