Bus
From the Wilmington city center, head to the nearest bus stop and catch the DART First State bus route 13 (which goes towards New Castle). You will need to pay your fare upon boarding. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop for Hagley Museum, located at 200 Hagley Creek Rd. The museum is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop.
Bicycle
If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from a local bike-sharing program. Start from the Wilmington Riverwalk and head west on the bike path. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Route 141. Turn left onto Route 141 and follow the signs towards Hagley Museum. The ride will take approximately 30 minutes, and there are bike racks available at the museum entrance.
Walking
For those who want to walk, start at the Wilmington Riverwalk. Head north on N. Market St. until you reach W. 4th St. Make a right on W. 4th St and walk until you reach N. Washington St. Turn left and continue until you reach the intersection with Route 141. Cross Route 141 at the designated crosswalks and follow the signs to Hagley Museum, which is about a 45-minute walk.
