Walking
If you are starting from downtown Wilmington, head north on Market Street. Continue straight for about half a mile until you reach the intersection with 4th Street. Turn left onto 4th Street and keep walking until you reach Pennsylvania Avenue. Turn right onto Pennsylvania Avenue and follow it for about 0.5 miles. Next, turn left onto Lookout Drive. Follow Lookout Drive, and you will see Rockford Tower on your right. The total walk should take about 30-40 minutes.

From the Wilmington Transit Center, board the DART First State bus route 20, heading towards Brandywine Town Center. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop near Pennsylvania Avenue and West 18th Street. From there, walk east on Pennsylvania Avenue until you reach Lookout Drive. Turn left onto Lookout Drive, and Rockford Tower will be on your right. The total travel time including the bus and walking is about 30-40 minutes.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Wilmington Riverwalk and head north along the river until you reach the intersection with 2nd Street. Turn left onto 2nd Street, then turn right onto North Market Street. Continue north until you reach the intersection with Pennsylvania Avenue. Turn left onto Pennsylvania Avenue and then take a right onto Lookout Drive. Rockford Tower will be on your right. This bike ride will take approximately 20-25 minutes.
