Follow Lookout Drive, and you will see Rockford Tower on your right. The total walk should take about 30-40 minutes.

    From the Wilmington Transit Center, board the DART First State bus route 20, heading towards Brandywine Town Center. Stay on the bus for approximately 15 minutes and get off at the stop near Pennsylvania Avenue and West 18th Street. From there, walk east on Pennsylvania Avenue until you reach Lookout Drive. Turn left onto Lookout Drive, and Rockford Tower will be on your right. The total travel time including the bus and walking is about 30-40 minutes.
