The venue maintains an 18+ age limit on in-house events, though specific events may have different requirements. The venue accepts Danish Kroner, Euro, US Dollars, Sterling, Swedish and Norwegian Kroner (notes only), as well as major credit cards. A wardrobe service is available for jackets, coats, and bags at 25 DKK per item, with a 50 DKK fee for lost tickets.
