Møn Is operates as an eighth-generation family farm spanning 420 hectares with approximately 160 organic dairy cows. In 2010, owners Gitte and Benjamin established a small-scale ice cream dairy that transforms milk and cream from their herd into handcrafted ice cream. The farm transitioned to full organic certification in 2016, with 300 hectares now managed organically. The cows and calves graze freely in the surrounding meadows throughout the summer months, creating a genuine pastoral setting where visitors can observe working agricultural life.
