The cocktail programme at Lidkoeb showcases both reinvented classics and original creations developed in-house. Signature drinks include a peanut butter-washed Four Roses Old Fashioned and inventive house creations such as Tommy Tank, which combines Tanqueray, Belsazar Rosé vermouth, cherry tomato jam, lemon, egg white, and soda. The bartenders are skilled craftspeople who excel at both executing menu items and creating bespoke drinks tailored to individual preferences. Ownership and Philosophy

Lidkoeb opened in November 2012 under the ownership of Adeline and Rasmus Shepherd-Lomborg, the same couple behind Ruby, an acclaimed cocktail bar in central Copenhagen. While both establishments share core values of friendly and professional service, quality products, and cosy atmosphere, Lidkoeb embraces a slightly more rebellious character. The music tends to be louder and the vibe more energetic than its sister venue, a distinction that perfectly suits its Vesterbro location and younger, more vibrant clientele.

The Whisky Bar Experience

The third-floor whisky bar operates on Friday and Saturday evenings (occasionally Thursday), offering a more exclusive experience with a capacity of approximately 30 guests. This intimate space features vintage leather seating arranged to maximize views of the bar and its extensive whisky collection. Whisky flights are available on Friday and Saturday evenings, providing an opportunity to explore curated selections from the bar's global inventory. The setting—with its fireplace warmth and sophisticated ambiance—creates an ideal environment for whisky appreciation and conversation.
