For a more budget-friendly option, take a public bus from Djibouti City to Arta. Buses depart from the central bus station in Djibouti City. The journey takes approximately 2 hours and costs around 350 DJF. Once you arrive in Arta, you'll need to take a local taxi or walk to Arta Beach, which is located a few kilometers from the town center. A local taxi from Arta town to the beach should cost around 500-800 DJF, depending on your negotiation skills.
