From Roseau, take a minibus towards Laudat. These buses typically leave from the corner of Valley Road and Bath Road. From the drop-off point, it's about a 15-minute (1 km) walk to the trailhead. Follow the signposted side road, which includes some steep hills, to reach the official starting point of the trail.

A taxi from Roseau directly to the Middleham Falls trailhead will cost approximately EC$80-EC$135. Negotiate the fare beforehand and arrange a pickup time for your return journey. The drive takes around 30 minutes. This is the most direct option, saving you the walk from the main road to the trailhead.

From Roseau, head towards Laudat. Follow the main road, and after about 20 minutes, look for the sign indicating the turn-off to Middleham Falls on the left. Turn onto the side road and continue for approximately 1 km to reach the parking area near the trailhead. Parking is limited and may incur a small fee of around EC$5.

Middleham Falls is located within Morne Trois Pitons National Park. There is an entrance fee of US$5 (approximately EC$14) per person to enter the park. While there may not always be a ticket office at the trailhead, it is recommended to purchase a park pass to support the park's maintenance and conservation efforts. Park passes can be purchased at the Forestry, Wildlife & Parks Division in Roseau.
