Getting There
Walking
From the center of La Plaine, head north on the main road (Dr Nicholas Liverpool Hwy). Continue straight for approximately 1.5 kilometers. You will pass several local shops and small houses along the way. Look for signs indicating the direction to Chaudière Pool. The entrance to Chaudière Pool will be on your right, marked by a small sign. The pool is located a short walk down a path from the highway.
Hiking
If you are near the La Plaine River, you can take a scenic route. Follow the river upstream, keeping it on your left. After about a 30-minute hike, you’ll reach a fork in the path. Take the right path uphill, which leads to Dr Nicholas Liverpool Hwy. Turn left when you reach the highway and walk about 10 minutes. Chaudière Pool will be on your right.
Public Transport (Bus)
From any location in La Plaine, look for the local bus stop along Dr Nicholas Liverpool Hwy. Board a bus heading towards Roseau. Inform the driver that you would like to stop at Chaudière Pool. The journey should take about 5-10 minutes. Once you arrive, the entrance to Chaudière Pool will be nearby on the right side of the highway.
