Walking
Start your journey at the Roseau cruise ship terminal or the central bus terminal in Roseau. From the terminal, walk towards the city center and head to King George V Street. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Great Marlboro Street. Turn left onto Great Marlboro Street and continue walking until you reach the end of the street. Here, you will find the bus stop for Laudat. Look for a minibus heading to Laudat, which is a common route. The fare is usually very affordable, and the ride will take approximately 30 minutes. Once you arrive in Laudat, get off at the last stop. From there, head towards the dirt road leading to Middleham Falls. The trailhead is well-marked, and you can follow the signs for approximately 15-20 minutes uphill until you reach the entrance to Middleham Falls.

If you are feeling adventurous and want to hike to Middleham Falls from Roseau, you can start from the same central point (either the cruise ship terminal or the bus terminal). Take the main road out of Roseau towards the hills, following the signs for Laudat. The hike is challenging and takes approximately 2-3 hours, depending on your fitness level. Make sure to wear proper hiking shoes and carry water. Follow the main road until you reach the Laudat village area; from there, look for the signs leading you to the Middleham Falls Trailhead.
