From the center of Soufrière, head east on the main street (Rue de l'Anse) towards the beach. Continue straight until you reach the waterfront. Once at the waterfront, turn left and follow the shoreline for about 15 minutes until you reach the main bus terminal. At the terminal, look for a minibus heading to Castries. The fare is usually around $5-10 EC. Get off at the '6066 Car park' stop in Castries, which is approximately a 30-minute ride. From the bus stop, walk a short distance to the Rainforest Adventure entrance.
