From Roseau, take a minibus heading towards Laudat. These buses typically depart from the Roseau Valley Bus Stop on King George V Street. The ride to Laudat takes approximately 20 minutes. From Laudat, there is a sign at the crossroad pointing you in the right direction. You can walk the 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) on the small asphalt road with some steep hills to the starting point of the trail. The bus fare from Roseau to Laudat is around EC$5 (approximately US$1.85). Be prepared for a potential wait for the bus, as there is no fixed timetable.

Taxi/Ride-Share
A taxi from Roseau to the Middleham Falls trailhead (near Laudat) will take approximately 30 minutes. Expect to pay around EC$80-EC$100 (US$30-US$37) for the ride. Negotiate the price beforehand. The taxi will drop you off near the trailhead, from where you'll continue on foot.

From Roseau, drive east towards the Roseau Valley. Follow the signs to Trafalgar Falls and continue towards Laudat. The drive takes about 30 minutes. There is a designated parking area near the Middleham Falls trailhead. From the parking lot, it's a 1 kilometer (0.6 miles) walk on the small asphalt road with some steep hills to the starting point of the trail. There is a $5 USD entry fee to Morne Trois Pitons National Park, where Middleham Falls is located. The fee is per person.
